If you log in your account without contacting our live service, we will assume no responsibility for the loss to your account...

If you log in your account without contacting our live service, we will assume no responsibility for the loss to your account.
3 We will start to level up your account in 1 hour after your order has been comfirmed.If your order has been delayed because of the external factors such as server maintenance, we will not compensate for your loss.
4 The time frame of the Profession and Honor Power Leveling will change depending on your class and server. 24 - 36 hours of delay is permitted.
5 We only keep the most appropriate gears for your character during the power leveling time. If we don'tfinish the order within the fixed time frame, we will give compensation.
6, Please change your password at once when your order has been finished, this is to avoid any unnecessary problems that might occur to your account.
If we accept your order, that means we reach an agreement in the sense of the preceding paragraph.
In view of the risk of MMORPG Power leveling service, We insist that our business should be based upon the risk-sharing principle. Our customer service team will inform you what you should notice during the course of power leveling after your order has been confirmed.
If your account gets banned during the course of power leveling, we will be responsible for it and compensate for the loss to your character. The maximum amount of the compensation is 120% of your transaction amount.
If you still want to cancel or terminate your order after it started, please inform us in advance. The money you paid will be deducted according to the completion status of your account,and the rest will be refunded to the bank account you provided to us.
